These terms govern your use of talktocam.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
This site is operated by Cameron Smith, a licensed real estate agent with eXp Realty, based in Cape Coral, Florida 33904. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean that business, and "you" means the person using the site. Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The site gives you information about working with Cameron Smith and about partnering with his eXp Realty organization, and it lets you book a call and send a message. Booking a call does not create any agency relationship, employment relationship or partnership between us, and it does not commit either of us to anything beyond the call itself.
This campaign is used to send appointment confirmations and links, account information, product information, marketing messages, help requests, webchat widget responses, plus opt-in and opt-out confirmations.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

When you book a call you will get a confirmation by email, and a reminder before the call. You can reschedule or cancel from the link in that invite. If you need to move a call, please do it from the invite rather than leaving it, so the time goes back to someone else.
When you book or send a message you agree that the information you give us is accurate and that you are legally able to provide it. If you give us someone else's details, you confirm you have their permission to do so.
You agree not to use the site to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or unsolicited content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, to interfere with how the site works for anyone else, or to scrape or harvest information from it by automated means.
Cameron Smith is a licensed real estate agent affiliated with eXp Realty. Nothing on this site is an offer of representation, and nothing here forms a brokerage relationship. Real estate services are provided through eXp Realty and are subject to the laws of the state in which the property or the agent is located.
Anything on this site about business growth, systems, support or the experience of working with us is a description of what we offer. It is not a promise, projection or guarantee of any particular result, income or outcome. What you get out of it depends on your own market, effort and circumstances.
